Steve and Arti came to UCSF to visit Andrej and our group to discuss about Open Source Biology. The result is this article in the Public Library of Science Medicine. All concepts are described there. We believe (or at least I do) that we have reaching now (almost 4 years after) what would be the kernel of TDI… something that people can play with!
